U Design Fragrances & Gifts, LLC utilizes USPS and UPS for shipping. We process orders within 24 hours. There are instances if over the weekend or other situations, it may take up to 36 hours which normally doesn't happen. Deliveries once shipped usually takes 1 to 5 business days with 3 days being the average. Once accepted by USPS or UPS we have no control of the time it takes to get to you. All orders have a delivery confirmation that is used for you to check the delivery status of your order.

We accept Pay pal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, and Zelle. No orders will be shipped until payment is confirmed.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We do local delivery for a minimal fee. Fees range from $5 to $15 depending on area. A $30 minimum purchase before fees must be made. You can choose this option at check out. Limited delivery areas apply.
